Muhammet Veli Ozturk
Specialised in Education Finance and Policy Making.
He was born in 1978, Dortyol, Hatay, Turkey. He completed his primary, elementary and high school education in Hatay. He is graduated from Pamukkale University, History Department. He was accepted to Gazi University Social Sciences Institute, MA in History of Ancient Age. He learned reading Akkadian. He worked on Anatolian and Mesopotamian Cultures. He started Education Management Master Programme at TODAIE in 2010. He started to work at Ministry of National Education, Projects Management and Coordination Centre as a Finance Expert. Financed by World Bank, he worked in the following projects; Secondary Education Project, Democratic Citizenship and Human Rights Education Project, Project for Promoting Lifelong Learning, Increasing Enrollment Rates Especially for Girls, UNICEF – Strengthening Pre-School Education, Vocational Education and Training System Strengthening Project and Strengthening Special Education Project.
